Program Goal: Bring together the skills and resources needed to end long-term homelessness in Minnesota.
Greater Minnesota’s homeless population is growing.
Working in partnership with Minnesota Housing, Family Housing Fund, Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH) and others, Greater Minnesota Housing Fund finances the planning and technical assistance, training, and policy change efforts targeted to foster the creation of housing with services in Greater Minnesota and on tribal lands. Greater Minnesota Housing Fund is also a major partner in the statewide Heading Home Minnesota (HHM) collaborative whose goal is to bring civic leadership to the state’s Business Plan to End Longterm Homelessness and identify new funding for supportive services.
