David is a precariously housed Vietnam veteran who rents
a deteriorating farmhouse outside of town. He loves caring for animals,
and worries about losing them if he has to move. Post Traumatic Stress
Disorder (PTSD) makes him unable to live in crowded, noisy areas. David
works part-time helping students produce shows for community radio.
