Billy pictured with his metalwork entitled “Impervious Flag”.
Billy received a Purple Heart for service in Vietnam
and now suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Organic
Brain Syndrome. He struggles with nightmares, chemical addictions,
and has trouble concentrating. A peace advocate and visual/performing
artist, Billy lives in a building he is slowly refurbishing, adding
adequate plumbing and heat.
