The Care and Share Center in Crookston offers transitional housing for the homeless in northwest Minnesota. Trealena and her daughters, Eva and Raven, moved to the region from Tennessee in search of a better life but wound up homeless. Meanwhile, Lawrence holds his daughter, Laurita. Convinced Minnesota would offer more employment opportunities, he moved six months ago from Michigan after a work injury caused him to lose his job.Eric Hylden |
