Employer Assisted Housing

Workforce Housing

In communities throughout Minnesota, growing businesses often must struggle to find workers to fill jobs. If your community and local employers are growing, you may have already experienced an all-too-familiar problem: it’s hard to find workers when it is difficult or impossible to find affordable housing.

Without housing for a growing workforce, businesses in Greater Minnesota cannot recruit or retain employees and many communities who seek to expand their local economy are unable to recruit and retain employers.
