GMHF | Income Limits and
Single Family Acquisition
Cost Limits (ACL)

Income Limits

Income limits are adjusted for family size and represent 80 percent of the statewide median income, as calculated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Acquisition Cost Limits
MHFA’s CASA program and GMHF calculate ACL identically for ease of administrators who are using both programs; however, limits set for the programs are different. Administrators must use the most restrictive limit when determining maximum acquisition costs for their units.
